The Lewiston Police Department has released crime statistics for the month February.

LPD saw 1,500 calls for service. 138 misdemeanor arrests were made and 29 felonies.

The most common crime, 36 cases of assault with larceny not far behind at 32 cases.

12 arrests were made for drunk driving. Three vehicles were reported stolen over the month of February.

Zero homicides, rapes, or robberies were reported.
